ENGINE REBUILDING
We expect that our systems works far beyond the warranty period. In fact we have designed them like that.
If any of your engines are found not working, we can give you a quotation on rebuilding the engines, whether generator, concentrator, controller or Stirling engine. However, we have designed the entire system to live the longest possible, so we hope that we will in fact not see you coming for exchange of components anytime soon.
SAFETY INSPECTION
The entire system is constructed as a safe system. However, if you have experienced extreme weather conditions and the system has fallen out, in parts or completely, we will be happy to do a safety inspection on site, or, with you recording a video which you send to us.
If your solar system is malfunctioning, we can do a checkup, either online, or delivered as a service to your doorstep. We will give you a quotation for the same, and the price will vary depending on the maintenance package you have chosen.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
We have designed the system to be as free of maintenance as simply possible. It means that we have equipped the movable parts with ball bearings or no bearings at all! (Guess how!) Mounting is done by clipping on and dismantling by clipping of.
We expect that the system therefore should be as free of maintenance as possible. We have created the solar concentrator such that it should withstand strong gusts of wind by letting the reflector holder release, and then the software will make moves such as to catching up again.
